Who is in for Sept abs challenge?

I am all for challenging myself and would love to have others join in as well. How about 1,500 sit-ups or crunches for the month of September, which is 50 a day or more if you would like? Just come back in check in when you do them.

I'll try the crunches. I'll have to start tomorrow, though, since I'm at work until 7am, and it would look really funny to do crunches in the middle of the office. :laugh:0
