SUGAR ?!?!!?

okay i got my wisdom teeth out ( ouch ) so im on a smoothie diet for a bit!

should i be concerned about my sugar levels ?
this is something im ALWAYS over but my fruit seems to have a lot of sugar.. so should i worry about my fruits sugar content?
or just the "bad" sugars ?

    Unless you're diabetic or have some other metabolic disorder which can be impacted by sugars, you don't have to worry about it. Even the so-called "bad" sugars.

    Be careful with the smoothies too. Don't drink from a straw and use fruit without small seeds. You don't want to do any damage while you're trying to heal.

    Here's to a speedy recovery for you! Try making some smoothies with chocolate protein powder, pb, ice and yogurt (a banana thrown in is good too).
