Who wants a Halloween challenge?!

Hey everyone!
I really want to form a Halloween challenge group. I want us to be really active outside of the group and within. Personally, I want to lose 14 pounds to hit my first milestone and I'll need all the support I can get!
Let's get to it! It's only 7 weeks away!

YES! I've basically never been able to wear the Halloween costumes I wanted, so I'm so down for this.
Starting weight: 127 lbs (ish, I was hovering around this last time I checked)
Goal for Halloween: Under 120 lbs (so at least a 7 lb loss)
