Don't know what else to eat! Help!!

I just got started tracking my daily food intake today. I am eating lots of food, but still have more calories to consume. Plus I exercised this morning so I earned even more!! The problem is that I'm over my daily intake of both sugar (mostly from fruit) and protein. What can I eat??

Wish I could somehow post what I've got in my food diary.
