Half way mark - 40lbs lost

New here and figured I would start out with my progress so far. I have been following IIFYM and weight training for the past 8 months, and have lost 40 lbs since the beginning of December. I was 235lbs when I started, and I'm half way to my goal of 155-145lbs. I haven't put a set number on weight because I have no idea with the muscle mass that I hope to achieve what my weight will be. BUT...I am proud of how far I've come and am now going it without a trainer, so I'm starting here! Right now I am 195lbs, I'm 5'6".
