T25 Alpha to Beta - can it be done???

Question for those of you doing T25. I'm finishing up the Alpha phase of T25 this week and meant to start Beta next week.

Concern: I don't feel like I'm where I should be with Alpha let alone move onto Beta. I'm sorry - oblique push-ups?? I don't move as fast Tania, let the alone the rest of the group, for the lunge/squat progression. Pike ups??? Floor sprints? Just stick me in a bag and bury me.

Questions: 1) Did you guys feel like I do at the end of Alpha? and if so, did you move onto Beta anyway?
2) If you didn't feel like I do at the end of Alpha - what do you think that I'm doing wrong?

I've been using T25 as a supplemental workout to other workouts I do. So far, I've only done Alpha workouts.

THAT SAID, I feel like the most important thing is your injury risk. Do you feel down on yourself for not being able to keep up? Are you able to go slow and steady with GOOD FORM and be happy with that? If the former, keep doing Alpha until you are confident and feel good about your form. If the latter, carry on! In both regards, focus on good form, be strong, and don't give up :)

    Edit: I a word

I'm on week 2 of Beta (feel free to add me as a friend if you want). When I finished Alpha I felt like I was getting comfortable with the workouts and while they were still hard I was ready for something new. Most of the Beta workouts are kicking my butt! But in a good way. I say give Beta a try- you can always stick with Tanya- and see how you do. If you do the first week (don't judge it all by Core Cardio, please!) and still feel like you're not ready, then try another couple of weeks or more of Alpha and then try moving up again. I debated going back to Alpha after doing the first Beta workout, but I'm glad I stuck with it. I'm enjoying the Beta workouts now, but they are tough.

Good luck with Beta! And great job getting through Alpha! Shaun T wasn't messing around when he made these workouts. :)
