Last year was so easy for me, surprisingly so! I was just in a mindset that I could have one or two pieces of candy - sometimes none at all - and made certain to log all foods. Accountability - seeing the numbers - is a huge help to me. :flowerforyou:0

I eat what I want and when I want, If I gain a couple pounds...I just lose them a week later....0

Eat, burn, repeat0

EAT ALL DA FOOOOOOOOODS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! best time of the year!!!!
Just log it, exercise, and stay under your calories. If you gain, it'll most likely be water retention unless you go completely mad. You can still enjoy holiday foods without packing on the pounds. Stick to your routine but enjoy!0 -

Eat to such incredible gluttony that you make yourself sick. Then, when the food comes back up (or down & out as the case may be), the calories don't count.
Like in the days of vomitoriums.... They knew what they were doing.0 -

of course! And don't stress over it so much! That will just make it that much worse and make you want to eat that much more! It's all about portion control.0 -

I changed my computer background to the Windows theme about fall, hoping for apples and gorgeous landscapes to help me eat well and walk outside. Instead it gave me pumpkin pie.0

Lift the fork to mouth :laugh:0 -
Last year it wasn't an issue for me...simply because I didn't realize just how large I had gotten, and I really wasn't paying a lot of attention to what I was or wasn't eating (we had a family "thing" that went down the week before Christmas, so that pretty much screwed a lot of our festivities).
This year, I am hoping to time things just right enough to do a bulk till the New year. Like from Thanksgiving -on.
While Halloween IS my favorite holiday, I'm not a huge sweet eater, so the candy isn't the problem for me. It's the mulled wine, and cider, and fall goodies like that.0 -
purging.
I throw out all my skinny clothes cuz I know I'm gonna get fat.0 -

I pray to Tom Cruise and Oprah Winfrey to help me. Seems to work0

I definitely plan on enjoying everything! This year hope to just cut back a bit and work harder.
It's hard for me because I have the biggest Sweet Tooth!0 -
Eat, poop, eat, poop, eat and there is some lifting thrown in there.0

The best thing to do is accept all the food you can during the holidays, then create gift baskets with the goodies and send them to all the people on your friends list. If you share the love then you spread the calories out so that they don't count, therefore, it's not sabotage.0

I hide in a cave with my fingers in my ears and my eyes shut until it's all over.0
-
I enjoy it all then punish myself with workouts after. Can't miss out on life ya know? Besides, I've found that the weight easiest to go one is also the easiest to come off as well.0
-
Where I'm from, we don't celebrate any of those.0
-
Laxatives, and tapeworms. It works like a charm!
If you aren't into that do a daily bulk/cut cycle. Bulk during the day, and cut at night.0
