    Yesterday I did a 3 mile Leslie Sansone walk. Today I did 2 miles followed by toning exercises.

    I would like to join...need to lose as my scale is 'stuck' right now. I have a treadmill so I'm going to start low right now as I have asthma & have to work to increase. I work full-time and it's hard to get the time, but I will!!!!

    Sorry I haven't been doing much walking lately. I am on a routine of
    weights 3 times a week as a suggestion by my Nutritionist.
    My exercise varies every day.

    Count me in again but I am struggling with my right leg, the pain has increased and I have been to the Doctor and am now booked in for some xrays to try to find what is going on.
