Does anyone have a good recipe for a morning smoothie that fills you up? Thank you.

My morning smoothie is pretty simple - 8 oz of orange juice, a couple hand fulls of kale, some strawberries, and a scoop of protein powder. If I'm going to be drinking it right away I add chia seeds to it, but not if I'm taking it in to work for later.

I'm assuming you have a high speed blender (I use a nutribullet), but this is what I make for myself every day for 1-2 meals. It works great for keeping me full till the next meal and is a perfect meal replacement. It's got a good balanced source of proteins, fats, and carbs. It tastes great too, it's like having a treat every day lol..

Gnc Pro Performance - 100% Soy Isolate Creamy Vanilla, 1 Scoop
Blue Diamond - Whole Natural Almonds (28 Nut), 1 oz (28 Grams/about24 Nuts)
Carrington Farms Organic Milled Flax Seeds - Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 tbsp (14 g)
    Generic - Kale, Raw, Chopped (Per Caloriecount.Com), 1 cup (67 g)

    4 oz OJ
4 oz Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
    1 Banana
8 oz Frozen Strawberries (or other frozen fruit of your choice)

Absolutely delicious, and about 345 calories. This recipe makes a really large serving so you can half this recipe if you're just looking for a little treat.
