    Wow! Amazing. I would love to know about how many calories you eat per day and how many calories you burn? I am trying to get an idea on this net calorie, BMR,TDEE thing.

    I'm sure going through it, it felt like forever, but do you look back now and say, it only took me a year to turn into this smokin' hot woman?
    I need to remind myself sometimes that hard dedication WILL get me there.

    What she said! I am just amazed. You don't look "skinny" or like someone who just lost weight to lose weight.

    You look fit, athletic, strong!!! You are definitely doing it right!!! Your daughter will have so much more of you and so appreciate having an active and healthy mom in her life ( ... though she might be a bit young to really realize it... but that's ok :bigsmile: ) !!!!
