Hello Everyone,
My name is Tasha from Halifax NC. I would love to participate in this challenge. I think this is a great way to get me going with my fitness pal and stick with it, I keep coming back for a reason. :happy: I am excited to give it a try. LETS GO EVERYONE!!!0 -

I did a walking workout vide: Walk away the pounds with Leslie Sansone (3 mile walk)
My pedometer said that I did 4824 steps which would work out to 2.41 miles according to my walking calorie calculate on about.com so I'm thinking that my pedometer isn't really reliable after all

Got back into running a few days ago. Broke 5k continuous run this afternoon.
9/7 - 3.79km (2.35mi) running --- 7.03km (4.37mi) walking
9/8 - 2.18km (1.35mi) running
9/10 - 2.29km (1.42mi) running
9/12 - 3.17km (1.97mi) running --- 3.16km (1.96mi) walking
9/14 - 5.1km (3.17mi) running --- 4.43km (2.75mi) walking
