Okay. Here it is. I AM going to run a 10k distance tomorrow. It will be my longest run since becoming a runner but the other day I did 5 miles so surely I can do a 10k. I probably won't run the whole time but that's okay. Right? Right!!!

You will not quit, you will keep going. You have to get in the mood that you want to tear **** apart. You're basically in kill mode the whole 6.2 miles. Your mind is the weakest part. A couple of " get your f***wad off the couch" typically does it for me haha0

Thanks for the support, guys! However, I'm sad to report that I didn't to it today. I ran my actual 5k race route that I've been training for. The 10k will happen tomorrow morning however. It's supposed to be cooler outside. Kicking myself for not doing it today but once I had decided I was going to run the race route, I couldn't talk myself out of it. LOL0

I did it! I ended up running it a day later than planned but I'm glad i waited because the weather was gorgeous yesterday. took me an hour and 16 minutes. Not the fastest 10k in the world but hey, I still did it.0
