Back and shoulders. My plan: deadlifts, weighted pullups, dumbbell rows, barbell military press, rear delt pec deck flyes, front cable raises, side lateral raises, rear delt cable flyes, seated cable rows.0

Since it is the Patriot's home season opener, I did and hour of football drills. I also did a half hour of back and chest weights. I'll ride my horse later too.0

Workout 7 of Body Revolution and Cardio Axe from Brazil Butt Lift. I still have to do Cardio Axe, but I finished Workout 7. I just got over a cold and took a 3 day break. So it feels good to get back into exercise!0
