  • Planning on hitting the gym after work. 35 minutes of ski machine, then crunches, weight lighting (arms, chest and back), then 25 minutes of treadmill on an incline at brisk speed.

    Having said that, I'll have to see how I can mod the hand stand push ups because, at ~30%bf I seriously doubt I'm managing to pull that off.
  • 2 hour tennis lesson (group) but getting there early to do footwork drills for 20-30 mins prior which will include jumping rope, running, sideways shuffling, hopefully some serving and other foot-agility drills to improve stamina and quickness on the court. Pretty exciting...

    Since it is the Patriot's home season opener, I did and hour of football drills. I also did a half hour of back and chest weights. I'll ride my horse later too.

    5 supersets of Deadlifts, pull-ups and weighted twists.
    And the gym challenge... Progressive sets of push-ups with a jump until failure.

    Zumba fitness for one hour then 100 abs and 100 push ups. nothing to crazy maybe a little jog if I havent met my 11,000 daily step goal with my fit bit
