Is Zumba Sentao hard??

I have the exhilarate dvd set and I rotate between all the workouts except Sentao but I am doing it tomorrow. Is it hard or I'm I fretting for nothing? Please ease my mind. Thank you

    I've done a Sentao class at the gym and I didn't find it that strenuous. I worked up a little of a sweat. The instructor is also not very cardio based in her regular Zumba class so it may have been her style.
