Yesterday was a nightmare

First there was pizza, then there came dairy queen. I ended up about 400 calories over what I should have been. I feel so sick this morning, and bloated. blllllllllaaaaaaaaaahh. We lived in a pretty isolated locale for the whole year and now we are in the city visiting family. There are so many yummy temptations and I'm finding it SO much harder. I need someone to say something that will force me to refocus. Everyday its SOMETHING> hamburgers, or donuts, or hot chocolate, or marshmallows over the fire! I miss my healthy ways... help, before I balloon back up to over 200lbs :explode:

    Picture yourself on your wedding day. In your beautiful dress...with your veil....and the flowers....and the music. Picture youself walking down the isle towards your handsome loving husband...

    Now ....picture this....as you reach your husband you hear a teeny rip....then you bust outta that dress like Ursula the Sea Hag from the Little Mermaid.

    If that doesn't scare you into not eating nothing will lol. :bigsmile: :laugh:

    You can do this Kerri. You've worked so hard to loose all that weight! Just go out to the closest grocery store and get some good for you snacks and stick them all over the house. And if the only option you have for dinner is Hamburgers alter your breakfast and lunch a little. I know you can do this....you're strong ....you're beautiful....and you're already on the right track.......just put on those blinders and keep pushing through! We're all behind you!!! :flowerforyou: :heart:

    Go to the store stat and get some good stuff to have with you!!! Yummy fruit, yogurt. Carry a notebook with you and write down the stuff b4 you eat and try to guess calories, that always makes me pause.
  • Don't worry about it. Everybody has bad days.

    I feel your pain! I just got back from a family reunion covered dish style! I ate things I never would consider at home!!! Try to refocus and keep healthy foods and snacks on hand. Good luck!!!
