Naaaah. High in sugar and will make you crash; and frankly any company that advertises eating two bowls of cereal as two meal replacements for two weeks as a healthy option really needs their head checked.0

A lot of the stuff tastes good, but I would never replace a meal with it.0

If you like it, have it. What matters for weight loss is that you meet your macro and micro goals and eat at a deficit.0

I do like to eat a bowl of cereal once in a while but I'm sure to limit serving size. Checking the ingredients and nutrition first goes without saying.0

Like any food, if you like it and/or it gives you the nutrients you're looking for, then eat it. It doesn't play any special role in weight loss.0

Full of sugar, not filling at all in my experience. I'd rather eat real food...0

I buy their popcorn chips once in awhile for a low calorie snack, but I know they pretty much have no nutritional value. I used to enjoy the cereal bars once in awhile, but they're too sweet for my taste now.0
