At my heaviest, I only bought sweat pants/ pajama pants with draw strings. So lets see:
    I'm 5'4.5"
    about 89lbs lost

260 lbs - 2X drawstring pants (couldn't tie them, so literally at the max capacity the pants could stretch) , based on that I'd guess jean size was somewhere between a 20-24 (refused to buy anything other than sweat/pajama pants, so I don't really know)

177lbs - (last month) Went to walmart and decided to try on some jeans. Was able to comfortably wear a size 12 in two different brands and a size 12 was pretty loose in another brand (compared the waist band to the previous 2 pairs of jeans and it was roughly 2" bigger).

    171lbs - Currently wearing:
    13-15 in Junior Jeans
    12 - 14 in womens jeans (possibly a 10, but I haven't tried yet)
About 6-10 sizes down (depending on brand and what size I actually was at my highest)

    I just hit a milestone so I'll brag a bit -

I've lost a grand total of 125 pounds now - that's 31% of my body weight.
And I just went down another size a few days ago so I've gone from a tight size 28 to nice fitting 20 in pants, and in tops from a 5X to a sloppy 2X but not-quite-ready-for-1X.

(I should probably add in some history and correct my ticker!)

When I started back in February I was 165lbs and in a US size 14 pant/L shirt.. Some things were getting too small and I was ready to go up in the next size. I am now 123lbs and a size 6 in pants/M in shirts. I am 5'3".

Around 110lbs, from a 34W pants to a 20ish. Or, since I mostly wear men's exercise shorts, down from a very tight 3x to a large, but I feel most comfortable in a XL. Also used to wear a 3X mens shirt, but now I can finally wear a women's XL, and L in some sizes. Weighing about 250, around 5'7"

im just starting out but did you all lose this by following the mfp guidelines on calories and excercise? reason i ask is because mine is set at 1200 calories a day seems low im 5'6 and 175 looking to lose about 35lbs

I lost 29lbs since July 1 n honestly I never wore pants just dresses that stretch and they usually were sizes XL ,L, or M. I started at 305 now I'm 276 n I can fit in to a 20 n my XL dresses are to big n the L are getting loose. If I had to guess I would say I was around 24/26 so that's at least 4 sizes and I have lost 10 inches overall.

it's most likely at 1200 because you selected lose 2lbs/week and not the recommended 1lb/week. Change it to lose 1lb/week, and be sure to add in your exercise (although the database will overestimate some, so it's best to eat back 2/3 of them and not all). Stick to that and you will get results!
