What is your Lean Body Mass?

I had a body composition when I started working out and it said my Lean Body Mass was 157lbs? I'm not sure what it is now 2 years later but I will probably get it checked again soon.
I suppose I wonder if that is a weight I should shoot for with maybe 10-15 pounds extra of fat?

Supposedly my LBM is between 80 and 100 pounds, but I've never had my body fat percentage accurately calculated.0

So your goal would be 167-172 with a LBM of 157? That would be like 6% body fat. That seems like a pretty low target for body fat even for a guy.0 -
