How do you make your crustless pumpkin pie??? :-)
2 cups (or 1 can) of pumpkin (NOT pie mixture)
2 eggs
1 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup no sugar
preheat oven to 375 degrees. mix all ingredients together (i do it right in the no-stick pie tin) and smooth top. bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. allow to cool and serve with cool whip. glass pie tins will affect the time needed to bake.0 -
WOW!! Bumping this so I can find it later!! Love some of your ideas. I am terrible at planning ahead, but need to get in the grove. Thanks for the help!!0
