I agree you have to eat your alloted amount of calories for this to truely work. I would love to get your receipt for the Chile Rellenos Casserole I am a huge fan of Mexican food. I guess sometime I eat more that I should and that is why I have joined this sight.

How do you make your crustless pumpkin pie??? :-)

2 cups (or 1 can) of pumpkin (NOT pie mixture)
    2 eggs
    1 cup skim milk
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon clove
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 cup no sugar

preheat oven to 375 degrees. mix all ingredients together (i do it right in the no-stick pie tin) and smooth top. bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. allow to cool and serve with cool whip. :) glass pie tins will affect the time needed to bake.
