    I made these last night. I entered the recipe in the recipe builder on this site with the ingredients I used. The only different item I had was the cream cheese. I only had the neufchatel cream cheese on hand, not fat free.

    The nutrional info was:
    Calories 148
    Carbs 14
    Fat 8
    Protein 3
    Sodium 245
    Sugar 8

    It made 6 and I tried one, it was pretty good. I'd rather have that than store-bought.
