I really got into my diet and using MFP, and lost about 7lbs in the last month and a bit, but, after my leaving do at work (cake) a week spent at home eating what my parents eat, and then living on ready meals for a week while I was kind of squatting in someone elses home, I've gained it all back and I'm feeling really down about it.
Any advice on kickstarting myself?

Rome wasn't built in a day..!!
Don't beat yourself up about it. Get back on that bike and go again.0 -
Don't look back and don't blame yourself over and over again.
Be sure you have lots of delicious healthy things on hand to help with the temptations.
Just because I ate a huge piece of bread pudding two weeks ago doesn't mean I'm doomed
to do it every day, or even every week.
I hope you like fruits, vegetables, and roasted chicken; having those on hand really helps me.0 -
Get a digital kitchen scale to measure food.
AS for food, try to not make excuses and try and cook your own food.
Push your self and everything will become easier.0 -
whats done is done, no point worryign about it... just know what you would do next time you are in that situation... all you need to lose weight is a calorie deficit.
