just a lil 411 if u didn't know TOPS was the first weight loss support group BEFORE WEIGHT WATCHERS, JENNY CRAIG....and all of them....lol...and i just found out about them back in 2002/2003 with a pamphlet at a laundromat...
they are PRETTY AMAZING!!!t
their meetings are A LOT LESS THAN THE OTHER GUYS...LOL...where i went to all i had to do was pay $25 for the annual fee and about 75 cents a meeting....when i went to TOPS i lost a lot of weight...and pretty fun meetings too0 -
just got my 3rd day of melt it off completed. It's hot and very humid here today. Which made the work out a little harder to do. But I made it through it . Tony did the work out with me today. I wonder how he is going to feel tomarrow.

SIXERS!!! Oh how I have missed y'all. So how has everyone been??? To update all of you I live in the florida keys now, I found amazing place that I adore. I was doing excellent with keeping the weight off until about a month ago where I didnt have time to buy super healthy food because I was doing my instructors course. Then I went home for close to a month. There was a lot of stress and a lot of running around. and within a month I put on 10 lbs!! CRAZY! I am pretty sure most of it is just water retention and stress related. I know that now that I am home in my apt, and have a schedule things will come right back to me! So sixers, I missed all of you. and I am back again this time for good!
So I will add myself to the list. If thats okay with all of you!

AFM: Have been stress eating this week. Had bought some sugar-coated gum drops and had them in my purse and was putting them in my mouth 3 at a time while we were walking through Washington DC. Then finally pulled them out and put them in the first trash can I could find (not before eating half the bag). But today is a new day, new week, and we are in a new challenge, so kicking myself back into gear as we speak.

i see everyone has been doing great. keep up the good work.
i am with the struggling group. everyday as been just as difficult as the next. didn't get my new routine written out this weekend. work on it today. i have to show 3 houses today.
had another work out in yard weekend. got more cut down found more roses bushes. they will do great now that they can get some sun. very invasive tree growing, DH cut allot of they down. gave us some firewood.
well, off for another cup of coffee and get ready for the day. get the homes scheduled.

Well, I didn't get everything done this weekend that I wanted to... Plus, I ate like a pig. Starting over today, although with this being my last week at my job, I know it is not going to be a great week in the eating department. The guys are taking me out for Indian buffet for lunch Wednesday, and the office ladies have a "reception" planned (with cake of course) on Friday afternoon. I'll just have to make it a point to work out extra hard this week!
Today's Plan:
B - Multi-grain Cheerios, skim milk
S - Banana
L - Turkey, 2% cheese, and mustard sandwich, Sun Chips, low-fat brownie
S - Light yogurt
D - Lettuce wraps (like at P.F. Changs, so yummy!)

Good morning! Happy Monday!
Lindsey--Hahaha! I didn't do exactly as planned this weekend either! No workout Friday OR Saturday! And foodwise...didn't even count calories! Oh well.
Got in a good workout last night, but halfway through my run the handlebar started moving around. By the time I got home it wouldn't even stay up! What the heck!?!?! Calling the company today...I've had it less than a year! Totally bummed...and that means no run tonight and chances are, probably not for a while!!! ARGH!!!!!! Going to have to get myself on the treadmill, which is very challenging with Kadence! At least I can still shred!
Plan today:
B-Honey Kix, skim milk, coffee w/sugar-free creamer
S-Banana, Chewy 90 cal bar
L-Light wheat w/turkey, 1 oz. cheese, lettuce and honey mustard, baby carrots, light yogurt
S-Apple, Chewy 90 cal bar
D-Chicken, carrots, corn, red and green peppers, and spinach...YUM!

Kristin - the little one must be growing up so much! I am sad I missed out on the stories the last few months! But now I am settled in for awhile, and have stable internet!
So totally had an awesome day yesterday. I ate super well rounded meals with ZERO snaking inbetween. I also got a lot done around the new place. I worked out in the yard in 90 degree weather for about an hour and 15 minutes. I got the bejeezus scared out of me a couple times by some scorpions! They are super scary dudes!!! Today I am going job hunting. Oh and I think i forgot to mention, the guy I was falling so hard for, Jeff. Ya... We did something crazy... we live together... :blushing: But, I cant stress how amazing he is. I never have to think, we just work that well...
Well I hope everyone has a good day today!
B - 3/4 cup of Special K fruit and Berrys, 1 large banana, and 1 cup of Silk Plain soy milk
L-Acai Chocolate berry energy bar

AFM - I didn't get a chance to run this weekend. Luckily (sort of), Tony had to work in Greensboro today, so I wasn't able to get the car. So the kids have to be walkers today. The truck has a small back seat, but no back doors, making it hard to pick them both up in the car rider line. So I'm going to run today! Hoping I can do as well or even better than Wednesday!0 -
I won my custody case. *sigh of relief and praise!*
Life will finally settle down for me and my Kiddo after almost 2 years of upheaval.
I feel 10 years younger and 10 lbs lighter, even if the scale still says I've gained 3 lbs!
Thank you guys for thoughts and prayers. I felt them, truly.
Maybe now I can stay more up to date on the threads and personals with my biggest stress over!
