I started out at 170+ now I'm down to 161. Starting juicing today so hopefully it will start coming off quicker and will STAY OFF!

GREAT job Hannah! Keeping motivated can be difficult but you are doing great! When making changes make sure you are making changes you can live with for a lifetime. Modifiying our lifestyles is better than periodic dieting. Great work! Keep it up and keep posting your successes and milestones!0

I just watched a documentary called Hungry For Change. I've been off and on Paleo/Primal for a year now but after I watched that I was like...Holy Hell WHAT AM I DOING WITH MY LIFE!?!?! Haha. I'm drinking my first kale, parsley, spinach, blueberry & banana juice right now. It's delicious!0 -
