NSV!! 50 lbs of water

This may not seem like a huge achievement for some however when I started this Journey I would not lift a 5 Gallon water jug even an inch. At work I usually get "one of the guys" to get the refill. Well just now I not only lifted that jug of water but i carried it one handed up a flight of stairs
