R. Thigh 26.5 inches

Neck 14 inches

DVD Should arrive around Thursday - wish me luck! :happy:

    Yes, good luck! Your weight is similar to mine and I've just attempted the dvd... I managed 7.5 mins!!!!!!!!!!! I am soooooooo unfit!!!!!! I'm aiming to do 10mins next time!!!

    best wishes, you'll do great, as they say there is a pause button take a break if need be, then get right back into it.

    You go girl!! Want to see the results, let us know how you're feeling, etc. I have heard some great recommendations for the 30DS, so you'll have to let me know. Still working on my 'crow' but am gaining strength by doing wall inversions , like wall downdogs. I think I will need to drop some weight before my arms will cooperate for crow:)
