Add garbanzo beans, black beans, kidney beans, quinoa, any type of meat, etc. Protein will help.0
-
add chicken, black beans, rice, corn salsa, cheese and sour cream. add some chips with guacamole and you won't need to eat for a whole day.0
-
add a protein - nuts, beans or meat.0
-
add quinoa and any lean protein!0

Adding Chickpeas as a protien!! You can use them in any salad and for me they seem to be the protein that keeps on giving in terms of keeping you full. Another bonus is they go equally well with a more savory or sweet salad. I love a summer berry salad (blueberries, rasperries, strawberries, etc) with chickpeas, feta or goatscheese and a raspberry vinegrette. Delicious!0

really depends on what you like to put in them, eh?
Chicken salad is delicious and keeps me full.
Chicken, cashews, mayo, grapes, and poppy seeds. You're welcome, OP.
Tuna salad works too.0 -
The Taco Salad
3 cups shredded lettuce (around 30 calories)
1-2 Tablespoon salsa (5-15 Calories)
1 Taco Bell red sauce packet (Zero Calories so I do 2)
1/4 cup black beans (55 Calories)
Total calories are like 90-100 and cause its so low you can double up or add a bit or chicken if you like. A tomato is an extra 30 or so calories, maybe some olives, or cheese if y really want to spoil yourself. But this is my favorite salad to fill up on
Friend adds always welcome

Bacon, chicken, egg, cheese, avocado. All together, with veggies (lettuce and greens, spinach, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber) and blue cheese dressing. That's a filling salad.
I just had it, came in at about 600 calories. A perfectly acceptable portion for a filling lunch.0 -

Put that salad on top of a Baconator.
Everyone is on the money. Protein and fat will make you feel full. Deli ham and honey mustard. Poached chicken, apples and pecans.0 -
