Supplements... Worth it or not?

I bought raspberry ketones, garcinia cambogia, and one other one I can't remember, I have them in my home not being used.... Are they worth it? Shoud I try them? If so how much will actually be needed to boost my weightloss?

Using them won't hurt, but expecting results from them shouldn't be high.

If you still have the receipt, return them.

Thought this was going to be for protein/pre-workouts and such. You might as well try them if you got them and been having them a while, OP.
