purse/belt to wear when walking/running

I walk with my cellphone and listen to pandora on my headphones when I walk/run. I also need to carry my car keys and waste bags for my dog. Any suggestions on a purse or belt-type bag to use to carry these things? I have a small purse that I wear around my neck, but it bugs me when the strap rubs on my neck. Thanks!

I finally decided to start wearing a lightweight backpack and then I attached velcro to strap it down to my front to keep it from swinging while I am jogging. It isn't exactly a fashion statement but I am very happy with the results.
