Looking for friends to help keep me motivated!

Hey guys I'm Nevaeh and I want to lose weight so I can look amazing in a bikini and feel great!

I have just joined and I would love any motivation and help I can get. I have never really dieted properly before but I want to keep track of it so the weight stays off! I also drink and smoke a bit, which hopefully I can kick one day too!

I promise to be really supportive and helpful (if I can) to you. I don't mind who you are I just want to involve myself in this community and feel great at the end!

    Hi. Hola. Hallo. Those are all the languages I know. Anyway, my name is Latifah, and I'm still new here. I'm just looking for people who can help me with losing weight and getting toned. I love my body, but want to add some changes. Encouraging words are not necessarily needed, but I wouldn't mind. Can someone help me lose this weight? I'm at a standstill!!
