Is it just me or do other people have a hard time staying within the guidelines for Sugars, Sodium and Fiber? It seems that everything is salty or sugary and there is rarely enough fiber. Eating a lower calorie diet is a real challenge.

I don't watch sugar or sodium because I'm not diabetic and I don't have hypertension. I don't have any trouble getting enough fiber. Add one quest bar (17g fiber) or a low-carb tortilla (26 g fiber for burrito size) and you're pretty set.0
