Program ideas for lifting while training for 10k

I completed Jamie Eason's LiveFit program and loved it. Since then, I've started Bridge to 10K and need another good lifting program. I'd like to run three days a week and then weights/more cardio the other four days?I would do Livefit again, but it takes over an hour every day with lifting six days a week. thanks

    Thanks. Maybe I'll just do half the exercises and combine body parts...
