    Bama girl here :)

Um, I've been out of nursing school for almost two years, and I'm still trying to loose the "more than freshman 15"...long process! I gained like 60lbs during college...so not cute. I'm getting there though!

Feel free to add me & good luck reaching your goals!

Originally from Humble, TX and the navy brought me north. I'll always be a southern girl at heart though :)
  • Texas here, after having my first baby I went back down to pre- baby weight like bam, I was also in the military... As soon as I got out of the Army the weight started showing up and I have gone up and down for years,. Then after baby #2 I just stayed at high 180's got up to 200 with him and never gotten below 170 after having him,. Now after baby #3, my most def last baby, I'm motivated and ready to get my sexy back. My husband is currently stationed in South Korea and I plan to get back down to 140 by the time he comes home for good next Oct, but drop a lot before his surprise visit in Nov. I have already lost 24 Pounds since I had my daughter 8 weeks ago ... I'm ready to get back to being the me that's inside and showing my babies what a healthy lifestyle is like!!
  • Southern bred but living in the north. Just started my weight loss and going strong! Southern cooking doesn't help that much :) I had some baby weight from my 10 week pregnancy that ended last March. My goal is to lose my baby chub and bring the sexy back that I had a couple years ago!

  • Hi All,

I'm a recent transplant to the Myrtle Beach area from CT - but I'm a VA native...I'm looking for people to get together and work out or just get out for a simple walk if that's all the time we can squeeze out in a day - I feel any exercise is better than sitting on the couch - feel free to add me and I look forward to making some new friends and setting new fitness goals :)

Born and raised in NE Arkansas. I know ALL about some fried catfish, hushpuppies, chicken, cornbread, and okra! Where no one cooks it like grandma and momma!

Kinda how I got here lol. Feel free to add if you like.

I'm from south Louisiana, y'all think traditional southern food is hard to resist? Throw in the cajun/creole foods on top of all the southern goodness and MAN! So good!! So hard to control one's self !
I'm hoping to lose at least 35 more pounds. Good Luck! hang in there, fight through the plateaus, is my best advice... that I am trying real hard to apply to myself!
