Favorite splurge?

One of the nice things about maintaining after all this time is that always seem to have a bunch of extra calories left at the end of the day. I usually have ice cream around 9PM, but that's only 100 or so calories for 1/4 cup and I don't want more that that. I'm usually looking for 200 or so.
Lately I've been going for brie or Stilton on Ryvita crackers or homemade bread. Any other suggestions? I'm looking for something savory, not sweet. What's your favorite splurge?

Red wine (I like Shiraz, Lambrusco, a Rose called Santa Digna ... just to name a few) and cheese ... Naked Goat (Mucia Curado), Petit Basque, Drunken Goat, and Manchego, are some of my favorites ... All kinds of nuts ... Dried dates and figs (Turkish) are yummy too ...0

Toast with butter and honey, large pot of full fat total fage greek yoghurt, peanut M&Ms.0

Hot buttered toast - hopefully homemade bread, either a nice seedy granary loaf, or a white sourdough, (or maybe an English muffin or a bagel or a crumpet) generously spread with real butter. Sometimes jam or marmalade on it, although that's making it sweet.
Or, cheese of some kind. Something tasty. A strong gouda, or mature cheddar, or manchego, or Stilton.
Or, a couple of spoonfuls of peanut/almond/cashew/hazelnut butter.
Or, some salted roasted pistachios.
Occasionally, marinated green olives with capers and/or cheese and/or anchovies.0 -

Favorite splurge is rewarding myself once a week with frozen yogurt topped with any/all the toppings I feel like that day! Yum!

Franz Sweet Dark bread w/a little butter and topped with a strong cheese. I like either extra sharp white cheddar or gouda!0

I'd say wine...a nice glass of Red...(A Malbec or Merlot...) Or peanut butter. In any form. With anything.0

Sweet treats: I like 100g banana & 100g vanilla ice cream approx 220 calories. Or sugar free jelly with 4 fresh pineapple spears approx 50 calories.
Savoury treats: I like 2 slices of wholemeal bread toasted (176), with 1 laughing cow cheese lite triangle (25) and one fresh tomato sliced (10) total 210. Or 1 egg scrambled with 2 chopped mushrooms approx 90 calories.0 -
If it's under 200 calories, it's a McDonald's ice cream cone. If it's between 300-400 calories, I'll go for the McDonald's Hot Fudge Sundae. And surprisingly, they aren't too bad on macros, either.0

I thought you meant splurge as in something expensive that you spring for every once in a while. So I'm thinking caviar with blinis and creme fraiche and expensive champagne.0

Chocolate of course, but the savory bomb is Poutine. Fries, gravy, cheese curds - there is nothig more perfect or more unhealthy. Back in the bar days wouldn't go home without hitting up a fast food place that served it really greasy. (I know - a very Canadian Response).0

If I have left over calories I eat nuts and dried fruit as a splurge0

Wedding cake ice cream or cinnamon raisin toast with butter.
Edit to add: My answer was based on the original question of having leftover calories at the end of the day. If it was an entire meal, I'd have to say Indian food.0 -

Beef tenderloin filet cooked medium rare. With a side salad, a baked sweet potato, and bread. And red wine!0

Half an order of onion rings or fries to go with my favorite sandwich - or potato chips, if eating at home.
Fancy cheese, turkey, crackers, and berries arranged nicely on one of the good plates.
A chocolate-covered, sea salt-topped graham cracker with a glass of iced tea.
A slice with my salad at our favorite pizza joint.
Half of the bread and butter that comes with my meal at Outback. Or one of those mini-shakes they serve now.
Oh yeah, and pistachios... I don't know why, but I fracking love pistachios.
My daily 200-300 calorie splurge is frozen yogurt - no toppings, just a great big yummy cup of the stuff. But since I make room for it and eat it every day, maybe it doesn't count as a splurge....0
