    Also, how is it a fast when you eat as much cake as you want? That sounds like a cake binge...

    I have just started a cake fast. You eat as much cake as you want but nothing else between the hours of 10 p.m. and midnight. Then you run 35 miles two times a day to burn it all off.

    Has anyone tried this? Do you think it will work? And do you think ice cream cake is allowed?

    Depends on the flavour.......I lost 60lbs in 1 week with the cake fast.

    One of the guys on my friends list did something not far from this: I don't remember the exact numbers, but I think he ate a dozen donuts, doing two 400m laps in between each donut.

    It was kinda awesome. He made a video of it.

    Isn't there like the Krispy Kreme donut run challenge or something where you run a mile, eat a dozen donuts and then run another mile? I think Jenna Marbles tried doing it lol

    Ice cream cake is a requirement, at least three times a week.
    It freezes the fat cells, so they fall off while you run.

    There is. I know they do that and another run much like that in Raleigh, NC.

    No, no... the cake will make you bloat. You just eat a can of frosting per day. No sprinkles.
