I'm reading up on some of the boards today and I'm wondering...If you could give yourself a grade for your efforts, what would you give yourself?

Healthy eating = C (staying within my cals, but eating too much sugar/junk, not enough of the really good stuff)
Staying within calories = A
Motivation = B

Judging from most, I would say staying within calories means more weight loss than healthy eating :grumble:0 -

I walk every day on my lunch and breaks at work and I know I should go home and work out, but today I am sick and don't want to! (Hence the C- in motivation)
It's my mom's birthday today and I am passing up birthday cake. AND my gramma dropped off 3 dozen cookies to my house yesterday... and I ate none! I brought them in to work today and everyone else loved them! I left 2 at home in case I want one... not sure why I left the 2nd. Maybe so the 1st wouldn't be lonely. Ha.0 -
I think this will be fun to bump every once in a while to see how far we've come!
I want to Turbo Jam & Tae Bo atleast 3 times a week.0 -
Motivation-A++ This is the only thing that is healthy that I have ever tried that is working....slowly...but working
Healthy Eating--B+ (Read below)
Staying Within Cals-B--I drank a ton of Miller Lite yesterday while driving the golf cart for my husband. This is becoming a favorite naughty pleasure once per week. I probably went over by 300 cals, but I did do spin...one day over won't kill me I hope
Exercise-A++ I work out 5 times per week for one hr. per day---I go way over my weekly calories burned in this category by doing spin, step, circuit training, etc.0 -
Working out: A (i work out about 6 days a week, give or take a day if circumstances arise)
Staying within Cals: B- (I struggle to eat my exercise cals, but on days i go out with friends, i go waaaay over)
Healthy Eating: A- (this is something i'm working on!)
Motivation: B0 -
Working out = B+ (I go 4 days a week..working up to more)
Healthy eating = B (I eat pretty healthy but also eat too much processed stuff still)
Staying within calories = A+
Motivation = A+0 -
Working out: A- (I could push it a little more!)
Healthy Eating: A- (I do like my ice cream )
Staying within calories: A+
Motivation: A (cuz I weighed in today for the first time and have lost 3 lbs :bigsmile: )

Working out: C+ I know I really do just enough to get by :blushing: But that's a LOT better than not doing anything, which is where I was 4 months ago!
Healthy Eating: Overall I'd say a B+. Lately I've been having some problems, but before that I was the queen of self-disipline!
Staying within calories: A. I'm almost always within 30 cals of my overall goal.
Motivation: A0 -
Working out: A+ (5-6 times a week for an hour)
Healthy Eating: A (I don't eat bad much, just graze)
Staying within calories: A (either over or under by a few)
Motivation: B ( I hate working out and always eyeing food as the enemy..haha)0 -
Working out: C
Healthy Eating: A-
Staying within calories: A+
Motivation: A- (just need to get moving, that is the only thing I am lacking)0 -
I'm really proud of how this is going for me, although as I've said before I love working out (always have - I just wasn't making time for it) and overall I've always been a healthy eater. It was the non meal emotional sugar binges that I eliminated!! So,
Working out = A+ (6-7 days a week for 1-1.5 hrs)
Healthy eating = A (I've even eliminated nutella as an occasional treat!!)
Staying within calories = A - (I'm usually between 100 below and 25 above)
Motivation = A++ I look so forward to this every day!
Now, I should save this for next time I'm feeling bummed0 -

Working out = B ... I've never exercised this consistently, but I know I can push myself harder
Healthy eating = A- ... planning meals has made all the difference
Staying within calories = A ... I am amazed at how much I actually get to eat... sometimes it's hard to get all those exercise calories in
Motivation = A+ ... I am determined to achieve my goals... and I just bought a HRM today... I think that will keep the motivation up! This site is a huge key in remaining motivated... you guys make me want to work harder and stick to my plan! :drinker: Thanks!0
