    I was never diagnosed with PCOS but I know a lot of women have it and aren't diagnosed. We did have some trouble TTC but I am not sure that was my issue. Anyway weight loss is a huge plus in TTC with or without PCOS. I lost 30 lbs before I became pregnant with my daughter. My cycles were all over the place before I lost the weight.
