I'm a big smoothie lover and make one at least once a day. They have been a big part of my weight loss in the last 6 months and I'm always looking for new recipes
I thought it would be fun to start a group where we can swap our favorite smoothie recipes. I already checked and there isn't a group yet. It doesn't matter if there green, fruit or both as long as there healthy! I need at least 3 people who will join the group before I can create it. Please Please, if you like smoothies, leave a comment so I can invite you and start this group
Thank you!!!

My go to smoothie is one I found years ago in Prevention Magazine. It's one banana, 1/4 cup yogurt (I use plain greek), 1/4 cup skim milk, 1/2 scoop protein powder, a sprinkling of cinnamon, 4-5 whole frozen strawberries. It makes about 12 oz. of yummy goodness. :happy:0
