    I had these tonight after seeing them on here today. I must say they were just ok. to me. and I love cauliflower. but might have them again. lol

    I tried this last night and although it tasted nothing like french fries to me it was yummy. The crunch and teh coating really make it work. I will try it again with maybe a parmesian based coating.

    And with all the calories I'm saving by not eating fries I can smother this with cheese.

    Try this with butternut squash. My husband LOVES butternut squash fries, and that's saying something considering he has the taste preferences of an 8 year-old boy.
