The importance of exercise while pregnant is widely known. I applaud this Lady for getting it done right!

    I wouldnt suggest crossfit just because of the fast power movements, but that is just me. I know the benefits of exercise, its just the type of fast lifts associated.

    However, if she has a lot of experience. I wouldnt worry

    The article quotes her as having been lifting since she was a teen. This is her third baby.
