Shrinkage

Do any other women find that when the weight comes off, the first areas to lose are the face and the boobs? I'm happy that I'm losing weight and fitting more comfortably into my clothes again, but I haven't got spare boobage to lose. :blushing: I don't want to do too much muscle toning in that area because I'm already pretty defined and I don't want bigger muscles.

What to do, what to do?

Wow, I thought this might be about...nevermind. (Seinfeld, anyone?)
  • I noticed today that my nose looks thinner
I lost weight off my face from the first few days and from my breasts, but I bumped my breasts back up to their original size with weights

I don't mind a little boob shrinkage because I have DD's (and have really seen only a SLIGHT difference if any, from my all-time high weight of 307 lb down to current 223 lb)

But the face thing, yeah. When I am above 270 I have a hint of a double chin (even though my friends/family insist I don't and have just seen a few bad angle photos). But my face is kinda too thin for the rest of me, not to the point that I am self conscious about it...but I don't really need my face getting slimmer. The last time I got close to this weight (227 lb in 2001) I looked more bug-eyed and sharp chinned. I think with age, my face is slimmer anyway now so it's not as drastic but I definitely worry about getting too thin in the face (and nowhere else haha)

For some reason I've got a slender face and hands/tiny fingers. Why that I have no idea. Irritating!
