Diary open. Always high on sugar and proteins...advice

Hi... So My diary is open. I noticed that I always go over on sugar and protein. I'm open to any advice. I don,t know if it's a bad or good thing because most of the sugars i get it from fresh fruits and the protein from lean meat...

    I wouldn't worry about the sugars unless you have a health condition that warrants it. I don't even track them because I know the majority of my sugar comes from fruit. As far as protein, MFP is typically WAY low on their recommendations, so in reality, although you go over, you're still pretty low. My personal goal is somewhere between 120 and 130 grams per day.
