I've signed up for a fall fitness challenge, and part of the challenge requires you to set up your goals for the 6 weeks.

I thought I would turn to you guys for some inspiration. If you had 6 weeks to make some realistic goals, what would you wan tto accomplish?

    30Day shred and C25K cut short for 6 weeks:smile:
  • 30 day shred is awesome! How many weeks should couch to 5km be normally?

C25K is 9 weeks for most versions.

In 6 weeks, i'd want to lose 15 pounds, do the 30 day wall-sit challenge that's pinned to my pinterest, and work up to 5 days a week in the gym from 3.

I've got 13 weeks to meet my goal. It isn't about pounds lost but body fat %.
  • Personally, I would set fitness, body fat% and inches goals. :glasses:

I track progress with BodyTrackIt app. I can see my success by tracking, BMI, weight, Body Fat, Inches, waits to Hip, and it make sit easy to take and comparison pictures too. It is awesome, motivational, useful and fun. It will make it easy to see your progress and when you have reached your goals! :)

Good luck on your journey. :flowerforyou:
  • I'm all about measurements over pounds! I think my goal will be to get back to the measurements I was at back in June when I was on a good fitness path.
