Cardio Kettlebells Calorie burn!!!

any thoughts or suggestions on what I should use to track my cardio kettlebell class as?? I am investing in an HRM next month, till then I need to track it under something. it is more kettlebell than cardio, with some core work for the last 10 minutes of class.

I put cardio since it's mainly cardio unless you are lifting LOTS. I'd suggest checking your HR maybe 2 times during the workout so you have an idea where it is and you can use this site to determine your calories burned.

it is mostly lifting with some jumping jacks and other things in between kettlebell exercises. thanks for that link i will check it out!!!!0
