I just set mine to 1878. That's my TDEE based on working out 5 days/week, which is what I average.

    Height: 5'3.5"
    Starting weight: 155lbs
    Goal weight: 135lbs
    Current weight: 133lbs

Want to maintain under 135lbs, so I'll be weighing every day to keep on top of any gains. I have no idea if 1878 will work for me. This is my first week trying it.

Daily Maintanence at 2020 cals (per MFP)

When I started the process of losing weight, i was eating a little over 1200 cals and then gradually increased up to 1700 cals. Taking me down to the weight of 155 lbs (from 191 lbs). Once I went into maintenance mode, uping to a little over 2000 cals, I gained 5 pounds quickly. I gained another 5 lbs due to strength training and I have been maintaining that weight since.

    175 (GW/CW)
    2600-2700 (TDEE)

I lost weight eating 1700-2200 a day. For maintenance, I track/cut 5 days a week (weekdays) and eat what I choose weekends. Typically I don't track Saturdays, which are currently my fueling day for a long run Sunday morning. I probably eat 3500-4000 cals (they're awesome days!). Sunday I track, but burning 1200-1500 for a run I still eat what I choose.

One year of maintenance this month, but a pretty awesome change in my body despite no weight change.

I posted earlier about 1600+exercise. Well, I lost at that amount, so bumped it to 1700+exercise, and still lost. I'm trying 1950+exercise now. Its only been a week, so I can't tell yet where my maintenance level is.
    5'3" and 111 currently, down from 152.

Maintenance calories are 2800. I lead a relatively active life though, and am generally always moving around during the day if I can.

Only been in maintenance mode for a week or so. Loving it! Just had a 1200 calorie breakfast and feeling pretty stuffed.

HW was 210 lbs (tried intuitive eating years ago and it clearly didn't work for me!)

Maintenance calories = one day at 600, six days at 2000 (net).

    Up until recently,
    41
    5'6
    70kg
    TDEE 2100
However, I always suspected my TDEE was 2200 from playing with food intake on MFP.

And while in hospital I played with a height scale and found... I'm 5'8. The nurse who had measured me about 15 years ago, wrote that I was 5'6 as she'd push down on the slider and bent it.

    So
    41
    5'8
    70kg
    TDEE calculated as 2200!

GW: 60 kg (or so, I never really thought I'd get there, least of all so fast)
CW: 58 kg (I keep loosing, not ecstatic about it...)

    MFP maint.: 1630 net

    current intake: +/- 1700 net

I think I underestimated my calor. burn. this entire time but only really got aware of it now that I am switching to maintenance.

Weight: currently 63.5 kg. (139.7 lbs) (my goal weight was 67 kg. and now 66 kg. or 145 lbs) Lost a bit past my goal weight of 67 kg. as I was a bit nervous putting maintenance calories back on.
Calories per day to gain back 2,200 right now. Just put one pound back on. This is pre-exercise and lightly active.

My maintenance will probably be 2,000 calories per day, once I get back to 66kg.

My maintenance roughly is 2000 cal per day, I know this for sure as I inadvertently began maintaining when I stopped counting calories & found that for 2 months while I thought I was plateaued, I was actually just maintaining...back to the cut now though

I haven't reached my desired goal weight so I am still setting my daily calorie intake goal at 1450. Once I attain my goal weight of about 210-220 pounds, then I will adjust my daily calorie intake to the appropriate amount.

    HW - 255 lbs

    CW/GW - 175 lbs

I'm eating between 1800 and 2300 per day plus exercise calories. The lower end is for rest/light workout days and the higher calorie days are on lifting days. My body is doing well maintaining at this level. Any lower or if I don't eat back my exercise calories I lose weight.

2300 calories plus exercise calories (usually between 3200 and 4000 per week) so net is around 2800 calories.
In maintenance at 185 (actually trying to cut fat and gain muscle at maintenance. I know it's hard.)

I'm approaching maintenance and have been researching how many calories I should eat per day, most websites say around 1600-1800. It seems so weird to me to eat that many calories after months of sticking to a daily intake of 1400-1500.
