HI! I'm Toni and I'm 210lbs. It's mostly muscle, but it's still enough fat to upset me. I want to lose weight around my stomach, thighs and arms (triceps). I started at the University this year and walk a LOT now. @.@ If you have any suggestions please let me know. Thank you!

    Im at uni and realised its a lot easier to eat healthy now, cause if i dont buy unhealthy food i cant eat it. Does your uni have a gym? If so student memberships tend to be stupidly cheap =)
  • Yay you are on MFP! Those are my problem areas too, especially abdominal extension :( Walking is good exercise!

  • if it does, it's on another part of campus. lol. i'm on one side of the river mostly, but i walk everywhere and cross the river at least twice a day. it helps!
  • Yeah, walking around a campus is a great thing to do. I just started doing that myself.
