  • I'm 5'4" & my goal is to get down to 140-130. Started with this sight a few months ago @ 248, but really didn't keep track, just weighed a day ago & I'm down to 223, so I have a ways to go & need all the support I can get! My family is being so AWESOME & supportive! I started tracking everything this morning & plan on doing every day! I WILL SUCCEED!!

I thought maybe 125, I won't know until I get there. Maybe 130. I guess it depends on what that looks like. Sorry I'm not much help :(

I'm currently at 150lbs. I'm pretty athletic and because I run and lift weights I'm pretty muscular and lean. I like where I'm at but I'm working on my abs because I want the six pack. So we'll see how they look when I get to 140lbs. Almost there....
  • Hi there, I'm 25 5'5 and my goal is 119 pounds. 10 pounds to go
  • I'm 5'5, and currently fluctuate between 175-180. My goal for the next couple months is 150, but my long term goal is to get back down to what I was when I graduated high school, which was 130. I've gained almost fifty pounds since then, and it's only been two years, so I need to get back down now, when it's easier for me to do so than it will be after I settle down and have bigger priorities. I figure if it was that easy for me to gain the weight now, it'll be even easier when I'm older, so I really feel like I should keep that in check.

Ya know, I was really thin when I graduated high school; my prom dress was a size 5 and I had to buy extra-small clothes when I left for college...at the time, I weight 115 and my doctor told me that I was underweight for my medium-frame. So, that being said, I am shooting for 130-135. But like others have noted, we'll see when I get closer. We all know muscle weighs more than fat, so if I look fabulous and I'm at 150, hey, why not??
  • I'm 24, 5'5

Originally was 160lbs and now I'm 133lb. I'm happy with this weight. I'm now trying to tone up and get a bit of muscle definition happening :)

I'm 5 4.5 am aiming for 133, but will see how I feel when I get to 140 ( I got down to this many yrs ago before fell pregnant wih my eldest). Weight has been up and down but never got back to this weight due to having my kids. I may decode to go below 133 but until I get there I won't know.

Hit 40 next October so I would like to be fitter, leaner and healthier.

I'm 5"4. My initial goal was 80kgs / 176lbs but now I'm closer to that I will aim for between 70-75kgs / 154-265lbs. I will see how I feel and look as I go though, I'm a natural hourglass and I'm focusing on losing fat but also building muscle, which will obviously skew my weight higher.

  • I am a 42 year old Aussie girl, so I had to convert kilograms to pounds. I have just weighed in at 124lb...the smallest I have ever been! I have also been doing weight training to tone up. I have lost my boobs and booty, but love how I look and feel.

  • Hi! I just turned 50 in August - did that just happen???? Really???? I weigh 159 now, but I've been gaining and losing the same pounds for two months now. I think that it may be due in part to muscle and water weight (back in the day when I was skinny - and 25 - I would go up or down as much as 4 pounds in a day due to water) - I know I've gained some muscle, which I've always done easily, which does weigh more. I'm TRYING not to worry about it and focus on how I feel and look - I've lost 4 inches on my waist - but it's sOOOO hard - I've always been tied to that blasted number on the scale. I have a hard time trying to eat back my calories, which I need to do, as I was eating 600-800 calories under my bmr for years and not losing. I started trying to eat back and started seeing (Some) progress. I really love salads and lean meats, tho, and it's HARD to eat that many calories - 2200 kcal of salad and chicken breast is A LOT of food ... Oh, and I use one of those arm monitor thingies, so I know I'm not just overestimating my activity ... It's all so frustrating - I USED to be the tiny, fit girl ...

For some reason I can never remember if I'm 5'5" or 5'6", but my next goal is 150, which is what I weighed in junior high. I could possibly see going down to around 135, maybe. I'm really into roller derby, so I guess I'll see when I kick the most butt, I'm definitely keeping my thunder thighs and booty, thankyouverymuch.
  • I always comment on people's weight loss. I'd love it if someone commented on mine.

I've reached my goal when people start saying things like 'Wow, you've lost weight. Look at you. How did you do it?' That's what I'm waiting for. I lose weight and nobody ever says anything. I have to tell them. Then they say 'Oh, that's great' or 'Yeah, you do look thinner'. But I want it to be so obvious that people comment on it without me having to tell them.

I'm 5'4 and I think I'm around 65 kilos (143 pounds). I guess 60 would be nice. But I never weigh myself. The reason I know I have lost weight is because I can now fit into an old pair of jeans that I last fitted into 5 years ago. I feel a lot thinner and to me I look thinner.

I have no target weight but for people to say something about my weight loss. If they don't say anything it means it's not significant enough.

I know people might say it's not about what others think, it's about how you feel, but external confirmation is important too.
  • I agree! Especially since I'm not losing pounds yet, but AM losing inches (well, on my waist, my Calves have grown haha). My jeans were looser last night, obviously not enough for anyone else to think to comment on, though.
