Starting again

I've done a program like this once before and lost quite a bit of weight but it all came back after I fell off the bandwagon. I realized I have to force myself to change in order to finally get somewhere so here I am! I want to be healthier, get down to my goal weight, and be able to run or jog for at least three miles without a lot of strain! I'm hoping I can stick with it and be strong for my family and myself. I'm a 25 year old female and my mom isn't in the best of health so I've got to get healthier for her and me!
