Hey, I am 5'10, 217 lbs, very athletic...will be 35 in April.It is my goal to bet to my best shape by my birthday.I am very athletic however since getting into my 30's I have noticed that it is more difficult to cut weight.I have a few diets in mind and have been a religious weighlifter for the last 15 years.I have several good workouts for those interested. I plan on dropping to around 200 to 205, mainly dropping bodyfat in the process to reduce this waist line, and get my definition back.I am glad I found a site that lets you enter your meals and doesnt make you pay to calculate your totals.Anywhoo..good luck to all and Happy New Year!
