    Homemade Banana and Peanut Butter Ice Cream

    All you need is banana's(Since it's just for me, I usually only use 1 or 2 at a time)
    1 TBSP Peanut Butter(I use all Natural)

    Dice bananas into coins
    Freeze them
    Mix in your Peanut Butter(or whatever else you want to add. Berries are great, too!) and blend it up!

    That's it! And it is sooo delicious and guilt free!

    None. Makes it much easier to eat a reasonable amount. Outshine popsicles when I need a little sugar.

    I wouldn't DARE keep most kinds of ice cream in my freezer. I sometimes keep a few individual servings of a Healthy Choice or Weight Watchers ice cream, but mostly, if I have any, it's a flavor that the boys like, that I won't eat.

    FUDGE BARS-They are only 100 calories a bar so I don't feel so bad when I eat one.

    None. It makes me sad :(

    ...then again Icecream rarely lasts longer than 2 days.. we usually buy frozen yoghurt (belgian chocolate, or brownies, or..random) rather than icecream. Tastes the same and is less calories :P
